View Test State

This allows you to navigate through a Test, such as skip a location to come back later, choose the next location from a list and come back to the skipped ones later, skip questions etc. It is handy when Optimising the Route of a newly created Test Template as Users can select the next location from the list that is the most convenient and make notes in the Locations sheet (given at training). The Test Template can then be edited to the optimised route at the Web and for future scheduling.

NOTE: Users can simply walk to the next location if one is not available and scan the barcode. If it is in the Test, the software will continue with the Test and put the skipped one to the end.

Skip Location

This Skips the Location completely. If clicked, the Location cannot be returned to at the end of a Test.

NOTE: Users can simply walk to the next location if one is not available and scan the barcode. If it is in the Test, the software will continue with the Test and put the skipped one to the end.

Skip Equipment

This Skips the Equipment completely. If clicked, the Location cannot be returned to at the end of a Test.

Save Test

This saves a Test and keeps it open.

Save and Exit

This saves and closes the Test. This is handy if another Test must be done half way through another one. The saved Test can be accessed from the Load button on the Home Screen.

End Test

This will end the Test. Users are given the option review the Test. Using this will leave all other Location/Equipment and Questions as ‘Skipped’.

Exit

This will exit the Test. Users are given the option to save the Test before closing.

Saved Tests can be re-started by clicking   in the home page.

  1. The ‘Load’ button loads Tests that have been saved during the test using the Save and Exit option in the Test State button.

  2. Run Test can only be used within the time frame the Test was scheduled for. At which point the system will find the saved Test and prompt the user with the option to continue from there saved Test or start the Test again from scratch.)
