Add Locations to Sites

Add Locations to Sites Locations are areas within Sites, such as Reception, Changing Rooms, Poolside, Plant room etc. Locations are added to Sites to further break down the Sites into manageable areas. In the real world, a location has a type of identification tag (RFID tag or Barcode Tag) physically fixed within in the area. The User must go to the Location and scan the tag before he/she can complete the equipment inspection in the Device To add a Location to a site: Click ‘Set Up’ in the Control Bar Under ‘Facility Set Up’ in the Page Tree, click ‘Manage Sites.’ Find the Site by either Drilling In to the Grid and/or Column Filtering and click the Site name Click the ’Function Button’ to reveal the Pop Up Add the Name in the ‘Name Field’. Add the number of the Barcode or the RFID tag in the RFID field. If you are adding more than one location, click the ‘Add More’ checkbox and repeat until you have added all the locations required. Click ‘Add’ to save the changes. C

To add a Location to a site:

  1. Click ‘Set Up’ in the Control Bar

  2. Under ‘Facility Set Up’ in the Page Tree, click ‘Manage Sites.’

  3. Find the Site by either Column Filtering and click the Site name

  4. Click the     Pop Up

  1. Add the Name in the ‘Name Field’.

  2. Add the number of the Barcode or the RFID tag in the RFID field.

a). If you are adding more than one location, click the ‘Add More’ checkbox and repeat until you have added all the locations required.

  1. Click ‘Add’ to save the changes.
