Configure Email Alerts by Site

The benefit of setting email addresses by site is that a generic email can be input here, perhaps for a particular inbox that has been created for rectifications.

To configure email alerts by site:

  1. Click ‘Set Up’ in the Control Bar

  2. Click ‘Facility Set Up’ in the Page Tree.

  3. Find the Site to be edited by ‘Drilling In’ to the Grid to the Site level and then click the text of the site name.

  4. Then click the       Pop-Up

  5. Add email addresses accordingly in the correct fields. You can separate multiple email addresses with a semi colon.

a). Email for Failures = every email address input here will receive an alert of every fault (question answered negatively) in every Test in the site.

b). Email for rectifications = every email address input here will receive an alert of every Rectification (Fault Job) that has been started and has further management of in that site.

       6. Click ‘Save’ to save the changes.
