Add Questions Using Pre-Written Questions from Other Equipment

You can add/edit questions to equipment in three ways

  1. Adding new questions to equipment

  2. At the point of creating the Equipment by copying another piece of equipment

  3. Using questions from other equipment

Using Questions from Other Equipment

  1. Click ‘Set Up’ in the Control Bar

  2. Click ‘Manage Equipment’ in the Page Tree

  3. To find the equipment you are adding questions to, Column Filtering function if necessary.

  4. Click the      ‘Pop Up’ as shown below:

  5. Click the ‘Questions’ field to find equipment to use the questions from.

HINT – you can type the name of the equipment you are looking for and the system will highlight it for you if it is in the list

  1. Check or uncheck the questions to add or remove them

  2. Click ‘Save’ to save the changes.

a). Click ‘Cancel’ to cancel
