Edit Equipment

To edit Equipment:

  1. Click ‘Set Up’ in the Control Bar

  2. Click ‘Manage Equipment’ in the Page Tree

  3. To find the equipment to be edited, Column Filtering function if necessary.

  4. Click the     Function Button to revel:

  5. Options:

a).Edit the name of the equipment in the ’Name’ field

b).edit the Group the equipment sit in by clicking open the Group Field and selecting accordingly

c).Unless being used in creating Audits where equipment (groups of questions) can be weighted, the number ‘1’ in the ‘Weight’ field should always be ‘1’.

d).Edit the questions by unchecking the/checking the appropriate box.

e).Click and drag the questions to the desired order.

  • Note – you can also use the ‘Up,’ ‘Down,’ ‘Top,’ and ‘Bottom,’ buttons to move questions once they have been selected (by clicking the question)
  • Make the Equipment ‘Unavailable,’ by clicking the ‘Status,’ field and selecting ‘Unavailable.’ The Equipment will become redundant across the system.

g).Unless the equipment is to be part of either Pool Testing, QLM Leisuresafe audit, The ViewPoint Customer Journey Audit or a General Audit, then the Type field should always be left as ‘N/A.’

    6. Click ‘Save’ to save the changes.

a). Click ‘Cancel’ to cancel.
