Create / Add a Test Template

To create a Test Template:

  1. Click ‘Manage & Schedule’ in the Control Bar

  2. You will land on ‘Tests and Schedules’ in the Page Tree

  3. Select the Group the template is to sit under by clicking the text in the line of the Grid.

  4. Click   Leisureshield Scheduler new

  5. Add a Name and a Purpose for the template in the appropriate fields

  6. Check the ‘Signature’ box if a signature is required at the end of the Test at the Device.

  7. Click the ‘Site’ field and select the site the Test Template is to apply to. The locations in the Site appear in the ‘Items’ box.

  8. Use the search box in association with the check boxes to search for specific Locations, Equipment and/or Questions
  9. You can also open/close the Tree by clicking the  Icon. Note; The first level is Locations,the second level is the Equipment in the location and the third level is the Questions that apply to the Equipment in the Locations

  10. Locations, Equipment and individual questions are turned on or off by checking or un-checking the  checkbox
  11. Depending on the nature and intended schedule of the Test Template being created, turn on/off the relevant questions
  12. Optimise the order that the Test occurs in the Device by clicking and dragging the Locations, equipment and the individual questions into an order as required by the physical nature of the building. The Item closest to the top will appear first in the Device (or Checklist/Audit)

Note: If new locations are added to a Test template after its creation (editing), the locations will need to be reordered as the new locations will appear at the bottom of the Template and will likely be out of sequence.

Note: When performing a test with the PDA, Users can test out of sequence using functionality in the hand held device:

  1. The Test State Button – Skipping Locations, Questions, Equipment, Save and Exit a Test, Load a Test
  2. Click ‘Add’ to save or ‘Cancel’ to cancel
  3. The Test Template will appear below the Template Group name in the Grid
